The school provides Transport as a facility. Parents may avail it only if it is convenient for them. The school will decide the routes of the buses, taking the number of students at different stages in view and any change in the existing routes will be intimated to the parents.

Every year the transport facility will be so planned that the buses cover all the arterial routes. Diversions cannot be made in the routes to suit the convenience of individuals and small groups. Parents are requested to ensure that the children board the buses only at the allotted bus stops. While planning the stages, the running time is a very important criterion in finialising the stages.

1. In case of change of residence, the transport facility will be provided only if the route / stage falls within the existing network.

2. The transport fee payable by a student should be paid along with the Term fees for 12 months, irrespective of the months or number of days the bus is used.

3. A clear calender month's notice is necessary in case of discontinuance of the transport service in the above mentioned case. No consession/rebate is allowed in the bus charges.

4. Full payment is to be made irrespective of the service availed one way or both ways.

5. Transport fee will be payable in four equal (quarterly) installments. In case of fuel prices increase additional charges may have to borne by the students. The additional charges if any, will be collected along with the last installment of transport fee.
